Is BidDesk a marketplace?

No. BidDesk is not a marketplace or ERP. It is your AI bid coordinator for intake, review, risk, deadlines, and draft follow-up.

Is this for subcontractors or general contractors?

BidDesk is built first for subcontractors and small contractors who live in email, PDFs, planrooms, and last-minute bid deadlines.

What counts as a bid package?

A bid package is one opportunity or invite, including its email body, attachments, extracted fields, AI review, and draft artifacts.

What counts as an AI document page?

An AI document page is one parsed page or page-equivalent of bid documents used for extraction, risk review, or package Q&A.

Does BidDesk send emails automatically?

No. AI drafts, you approve. Nothing sends automatically from BidDesk.

Does Google sign-in give Gmail inbox access?

No. Google sign-in is authentication only. Gmail bid discovery would require a separate opt-in consent flow later.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Stripe Customer Portal is used for subscription management, including cancellation when enabled in your Stripe portal settings.

Can I change plans?

Yes. Plan changes are handled through Stripe Billing and the hosted Customer Portal.

What happens if I go over the AI document limit?

For MVP, BidDesk will surface usage prompts before hard enforcement. Higher limits are available on larger plans.
